(Wilson House Historical Site can be found with a search on Goggle maps)
Wilson House was built c. 1905 and is listed on the Arkansas Historical Register. The 2 story building was constructed of local materials: hand formed/field fired red clay brick for the exterior and interior walls, and red oak framing of the roof and floors. There are no wood framed walls. Electrical lighting was provided with knob and tube wiring and a single, ceiling mounted light in the center of each room. The house is currently being restored by family members who are descendants of previous occupants of the house, grandparents Mark and Myrtle Dana.
