Join us on Sundays for classes on food preservation using fresh produce from our farm! Participants will gain hands-on experience harvesting produce from our Teaching Garden and receive growing tips. We will then prepare a research-based recipe and learn to can using the water bath canning method. Every participant will get to take a jar home!
